EE2: Yes we do. We're an EEO* company, so we should.
EE1: Martin Luther King was a great man. Civil rights and a paid day off.
EE3: We didn't used to.
EE1: Really?
EE3: Yep.
EE2: Why not?
EE3: Dunno.
